An event every year that begins at 1:30 pm on the first Wednesday of April and October, repeating indefinitely
This is the bi-annual communications test/exercise for West Central Coalition members. Those with 800MHz radios will receive information prior to the test. Those without 800MHz radios will follow the procedure listed for this month.
